CHANGE OF OFFICER

Valent Chan has resigned from the office of chief financial officer of Newmac Resources Inc., effective immediately. The chief executive officer of the company will act as interim chief financial officer until the new chief financial officer is appointed. The board of directors of the company wants to thank Mr. Chan for his service to the company.
