NOTICE OF CIVIL CLAIM

Newmac Resources Inc. filed a notice of civil claim against SignalChem Lifesciences Corp. with the Supreme Court of British Columbia on Dec. 8, 2023. This legal action arises from SignalChem terminating the previously announced reverse takeover transaction (see the company's news release dated May 20, 2021). The company is seeking an order from the court for specific performance or damages in the amount of $31,724,000 (U.S.) in lieu thereof.
