NEW MEDIA CAPITAL 2.0 INC. ANNOUNCES CHANGE OF AUDITOR

New Media Capital 2.0 Inc. has changed its auditor from RSM Canada LLP (successor to RSM Alberta LLP) to Kenway Mack Slusarchuk Stewart LLP (KMSS), located in Calgary, Alta., effective as at May 26, 2023. The change in auditor has been approved by the company's board of directors and its audit committee.

There have been no reservations or modified opinions in the reports of RSM on the company's financial statements relating to the period during which RSM was the company's auditor nor have there been any reportable events for disagreements or consultations (as those terms are defined in National Instrument 51-102) or any unresolved issues, as that term is defined in regulatory policies.

In compliance with applicable regulatory requirements the appointment of the company's new auditor will be brought before the next shareholders meeting.
