Netco Silver Inc. (TSX VENTURE: NEI) (the "Company") announces that at its special meeting held on December 11, 2013, the Company's shareholders approved the continuance of the jurisdiction of the Company from Alberta to British Columbia and a change of the Company's name to "Brisio Innovations Inc." to more accurately reflect its new business direction. The continuance and name change have not been implemented yet, as the TSX Venture Exchange requires that the Company meet certain filing requirements prior to the name change becoming effective. The Company will issue a further news release once it has determined to proceed with the continuance and name change.

The Company also announces that, in connection with the Company's current investigations into new business opportunities in the technology sector, Andrew Gourlay, who provided significant support to the Company with respect to mineral exploration matters, has resigned as a director effective December 11, 2013. Mr. Gourlay will continue to support the Company in an advisory capacity. The Company wishes to thank Mr. Gourlay for his contribution and service to the Company.
