NINEPOINT PARTNERS ANNOUNCES JULY 2023 CASH DISTRIBUTIONS FOR ETF SERIES SECURITIES

Ninepoint Partners LP today declared the July, 2023, cash distributions for its ETF (exchange-traded fund) series securities. The record date for the distributions is July 31, 2023, for Ninepoint High Interest Savings Fund and Aug. 1, 2023, for Ninepoint Diversified Bond Fund, Ninepoint Alternative Credit Opportunities Fund, Ninepoint Energy Income Fund and Ninepoint Target Income Fund. All distributions are payable on Aug. 9, 2023.

The per-unit July distributions are detailed in the attached table.
