The Company continues to pursue its proposed acquisition of the Biodegradable Technologies General Partnership ("BTGP"
--->).  As disclosed in news releases dated July 8, 2010 and June 9, 2011, the Company has entered into a definitive asset
---> purchase agreement relating to the Company's acquisition of certain assets of BTGP (the "Acquisition").  The Company 
--->has made an initial submission to the Exchange in connection with the Acquisition, and there have been no changes to t
--->he terms of the Acquisition as detailed in the news releases of the Company dated July 8, 2010 and June 9, 2011.
