Gold values up to 4.777 g/t Au were returned along the North Blue Star Vein, with additional anomalous values of 0.834 g/t and 0.195 g/t Au along the Blue Star Vein to the south.

Highlights

  • Clark Exploration Consulting Inc. commenced prospecting and geological mapping on the Kenora Project on May 20, 2026, with field work focused on the Bonanza claim block

  • The Company has received assay results for the first batch of 215 grab samples submitted to Activation Laboratories Ltd. in Thunder Bay, Ontario, with results for the remaining 116 samples pending.

  • Sampling of a sub-parallel structure located approximately 20 m north of the historic Blue Star showing returned gold values of 4.77 g/t, 4.68 g/t, and 1.05 g/t Au , part of a series of parallel quartz veins identified in the area

  • These results build on previous phase of sampling at the Bonanza Gold Property in the fall of 2025, which returned grades of up to 127 g/t Au at the historic Triggs occurrence and up to 31.9 g/t Au at the Blue Star occurrence, underscoring the gold potential of the broader mineralized system. (see New Age Metals press release dated October 1, 2025: https://newagemetals.com/new-age-metals-options-bonanza-gold-project-kenora-gold-district-ontario/ )

  • Mechanized stripping as previously recommended has been completed at the Triggs occurrence to expose additional gold-bearing features .

  • The Company has engaged a structural geological consultant to complete a structural analysis of the fault and the Triggs vein. This analysis will provide direction for detailed geological mapping and channel sampling of the stripped areas

  • NAM has received final data deliveries from a high-resolution, fixed-wing geophysical survey flown by Terraquest Ltd. over the Magnet Lake, Northern Extension, Lavender Lake, Bonanza, South Gibi, and Lavender Lake Extension claim blocks. The data is comprised of horizontal magnetic gradient, radiometric (gamma ray), and VLF-EM data. The geophysical results are being compiled with other geological data for comprehensive evaluation.

  • Results from the 2026 field season will be instrumental in selecting drill targets for a planned winter diamond drill program

Harry Barr, Chairman and CEO of New Age Metals, commented: "The results from this season's prospecting continue to demonstrate that mineralization at Bonanza Ridge extends well beyond the areas previous operators and our company historically focused on. This year's work has identified gold values up to 4.77 g/t on a previously unrecognized sub-parallel structure north of Blue Star tells us there is more room to grow this system, and the parallel quartz vein trend we're now mapping gives our technical team additional targets heading into the winter . Combined with the new airborne geophysical data across our broader claim blocks and the structural work now underway at Triggs, we are building the technical foundation needed to define drill-ready targets for a winter diamond drill program."

Bonanza Claim Block – Prospecting and Sampling

Clark Exploration Consulting Inc. began prospecting and geological mapping across the Kenora Project on May 20, 2026, with work concentrated on the Bonanza claim block which include the Triggs property. Field work has been conducted in areas surrounding known mineral occurrences, with the objective of extending the strike length of known structures and identifying parallel or associated features. To date, we have received the results for 215 grab samples that were collected and submitted to Activation Laboratories Ltd. in Thunder Bay, Ontario for geochemical analysis, with results for the remaining 116 samples pending.

Sampling of a sub-parallel structure located approximately 20 m north of the historic Blue Star showing returned three notable gold values of 4.77 g/t, 4.68 g/t, and 1.05 g/t Au. This structure forms part of a series of parallel quartz veins identified in the surrounding area, and the Company considers it an encouraging indication that the mineralized system extends beyond previously documented showings.

Triggs Occurrence – Mechanized Stripping and Structural Analysis

Mechanized stripping has been completed at the historic Triggs occurrence, with the objective of exposing gold-bearing features associated with the historic Triggs vein . This work follows recommendations made in prior exploration programs on the property. The Company has engaged a structural geological consultant to complete a structural analysis of the fault and the historic Triggs vein and other veins.

Channel sampling and detailed geological mapping is being carried out across the mechanized stripped areas as the program advances.

Airborne Geophysical Survey

The Company has received final data deliveries from a high-resolution, fixed-wing geophysical survey conducted by Terraquest Ltd., which recorded horizontal magnetic gradient, radiometric (gamma ray), and VLF-EM data over the Magnet Lake, Northern Extension, Lavender Lake, Bonanza, South Gibi, and Lavender Lake Extension claim blocks of the Kenora Project. Results are currently being analyzed and will be integrated with existing geological data to refine ongoing field work and further the Company's understanding of the project's geological framework.

QA/QC and Assay Procedures

Quality assurance and quality control (“QA/QC”) procedures were implemented for the 2026 field program. At least a “two fist size” portion of rock (~1.8 kg) was collected from each sample location, then placed in a polyethylene bag with a unique sample tag and ziptied closed. Samples were packed in rice bags and delivered by Clark Exploration staff to Actlabs. Commercially prepared Oreas certified reference material standards and generic blank material were inserted as part of the QA/QC program.

Samples were analyzed at Activation Laboratories (“Actlabs”) facilities in Thunder Bay and Ancaster, Ontario, which are ISO 17025 and ISO 9001 certified. Actlabs is independent of New Age and Clark Exploration. Samples were initially analyzed by 50-gram fire assay with an atomic absorption finish. Any sample assaying greater than 5 g/t Au was reassayed by fire assay with a gravimetric finish.

Geochemical analyses were performed by Actlabs and consisted of aqua regia digestion and analysis for 40 elements by inductively coupled plasma (“ICP”) methods. Overlimit samples were reassayed for silver and copper by aqua regia digestion using inductively coupled plasma optical emission spectroscopy (“ICP-OES”), Actlabs method 8-AR-ICP-OES. A 0.5 g sample was digested in aqua regia and diluted volumetrically to 250 mL with 18-megaohm water. Certified reference materials for the appropriate elements were digested in the same manner and used as verification standards.

Sampling Notice

Grab samples are selective in nature and are not necessarily representative of the mineralization hosted on the property.

Go-Forward

Work is ongoing, including prospecting, structural analysis, and the results from the newly acquired airborne geophysical dataset, is expected to be instrumental in developing and refining drill targets for a proposed winter diamond drill program at Bonanza Ridge.

About NAM

New Age Metals is a junior mineral exploration and development company focused on the discovery, exploration, and development of critical green metal projects in North America. The Company has four divisions: a Platinum Group Element division (Ontario), a Lithium/Rare Metals division (Manitoba), an Gold-Antimony Division (Newfoundland) and a gold-critical metals division in the Kenora Mining Districts and a Ring of Fire division in Ontario as well as a significant equity investment in MetalQuest Mining’s (TSXV:MQM | OTC:MQMIF) . MQM owns 100% one of North America’s largest Iron projects and a number of other explorations projects.

The PGM Division includes the 100% owned, multi-million-ounce, district-scale River Valley Project, one of North America’s largest undeveloped Platinum Group Element Projects, situated 100 km by road east of Sudbury, Ontario. Currently there is a summer/fall program to complete the second phase of the PLATSOL metallurgical work . We are also completing recommendations and a go forward plan for the Mustang zone on the southern most 4 KMs of the total 16 KM Project to and geophysical programmes completed earlier this year. Our objective is to outline drill targets to re establish the historical resource on Mustang zone. In addition to River Valley, NAM owns 100% of the Genesis PGM-Cu-Ni Project in Alaska. On May 6th , 2026, NAM announced it entered into a non-binding letter of intent with Rockport Capital Corp., which sets out the principal terms and conditions of the proposed transaction to further develop the Genesis Project. Work began in mid August 2026. See link for further details : https://newagemetals.com/new-age-metals-options-genesis-project/

New Age Metals’ Antimony–Gold Division is focused on advancing a district-scale land package in Newfoundland comprising 20,950 hectares across 11 non-contiguous properties. Six of these properties are located in the St. Alban’s area along the Swanger’s Cove and Little River mineralized trends, while the remaining five are strategically positioned along the same regional geological corridor as the past-producing Beaver Brook Antimony Mine and near New Found Gold’s Queensway South Gold Project.

The Company recently completed its exploration programs at the St. Alban’s properties, which significantly advanced the project through the identification of structurally controlled gold–antimony mineralization along an emerging ~16 km Au–Sb trend.

Highlights from Phase 2 include grab samples returning up to 51.9% antimony and 46.2 g/t gold at the Antimony Ridge property, confirming the strength and scale of this developing mineralized system. In response to these results, NAM expanded its land position by staking an additional 40 claims (~1,000 hectares), including the Pardy Head antimony occurrence, and has received approvals for trenching in preparation for the next phase of exploration. As of early June the Company has been in the field with 2 full-time Newfoundland Prospectors and the Project Geologist Max Kaczmer joined them over several trips to the project to conduct boots on the ground prospecting, trenching in preparation in establishing winter 2027drill targets.
