The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing an amending exploration memorandum of understanding dated July 21, 2026, in connection with an original exploration memorandum of understanding dated Dec. 16, 2021, between the company and Nipissing First Nation (NFN), with respect to mineral exploration rights on its mining leases and claims at the River Valley palladium project, located near Sudbury in Ontario. Under the terms of the amending agreement, the company will issue NFN an aggregate of 500,000 non-transferable share purchase warrants. Each warrant entitles the holder to purchase one common share of the company at an exercise price of 60 cents for a period of five years from the date of issuance. The warrants are subject to vesting terms over a two-year period (125,000 warrants vesting every six months following exchange approval).
No finder's fee is payable as part of the amendment.
