NAIA RELIEF INC. ANNOUNCES COMMENCEMENT OF TRADING ON THE TSX VENTURE EXCHANGE UNDER THE SYMBOL "NAIA" AND ENGAGES INDEPENDENT TRADING GROUP AS MARKET MAKER

Naia Relief Inc.'s common shares have been approved for listing on the TSX Venture Exchange and will commence trading under the symbol NAIA, effective Sept. 15, 2026.

The listing marks an important milestone in the company's evolution and establishes Naia Relief as a publicly traded company positioned to advance its growth strategy and expand its profile among investors, customers and strategic partners.

Naia Relief is focused on making personalized well-being, resilience and performance support more accessible through its proprietary digital platform. Built upon more than a decade of coaching experience and extensive platform development, the company's approach combines established methodologies with technology to deliver scalable support to individuals and organizations.

Naia Relief engages Independent Trading Group as market-maker

Naia Relief announces that, subject to regulatory approval, it has engaged the services of Independent Trading Group to provide market-making services in accordance with TSX Venture Exchange policies. ITG will trade shares of the company on the TSX-V and all other trading venues with the objective of maintaining a reasonable market and improving the liquidity of the company's common shares.

Under the agreement, ITG will receive compensation of $5,500 per month, payable monthly in advance. The agreement is for an initial term of one month and will renew for additional one-month terms unless terminated. The agreement may be terminated by either party with 30 days notice. There are no performance factors contained in the agreement, and ITG will not receive shares or options as compensation. ITG and the company are unrelated and unaffiliated entities, and, at the time of the agreement, neither ITG nor its principals have an interest, directly or indirectly, in the securities of the company.
