MOOVLY ANNOUNCES RESIGNATION OF CFO AND CORPORATE SECRETARY

Kelsey Chin has resigned as chief financial officer and corporate secretary of Moovly Media Inc., effective immediately.

The board of directors wishes to thank Ms. Chin for her continued support over the years and wishes her the best in her future endeavours. The company intends to appoint a replacement CFO and corporate secretary to fill the vacancy in the near future.
