MOOVLY ANNOUNCES NON-BROKERED PRIVATE PLACEMENT

Moovly Media Inc. has arranged a non-brokered private placement, raising aggregate gross proceeds of up to $750,000 through the issuance of up to 16,666,667 units at a price of 4.5 cents per unit. Each unit comprises one common share in the capital of the company and one common share purchase warrant. Each warrant will entitle the holder to purchase one common share at a price of eight cents per share for a period of 24 months from the date of issuance.

The net proceeds from the private placement are expected to be used for general corporate purposes.

All of the securities issued under the private placement will be subject to a four-month resale restriction. The completion of the private placement remains subject to final approval of the TSX Venture Exchange.
