REPORTS RESULTS OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING OF SHAREHOLDERS Toronto, Ontario, December 29, 2023 - MillenMin Ventures Inc. (TSXV: MVM.H) (the "Company") is pleased to announce that all resolutions set out in the information circular for its annual general meeting of shareholders held on December 28, 2023 were duly passed. All four director nominees - Ching Fu Cheng, Kin Wai Siu, Su Jen Kuo and Shunyi Yao - have been re-elected to serve for the ensuing year. The following resolutions were also approved - re-appointment of MNP LLP as auditor of the Company for the ensuing year with authorization of the directors to fix their remuneration and re-approval of the Company's stock option plan. A total of 30,398,000 shares representing 72.20% of the outstanding shares were represented in person or by proxy at the meeting.
