MILLENMIN VENTURES INC. REPORTS RESULTS OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING OF SHAREHOLDERS

All resolutions set out in the information circular for MillenMin Ventures Inc.'s annual general meeting of shareholders held on Dec. 28, 2023, have been duly passed.

All four director nominees -- Ching Fu Cheng, Kin Wai Siu, Su Jen Kuo and Shunyi Yao -- have been re-elected to serve for the ensuing year. The following resolutions were also approved -- reappointment of MNP LLP as auditor of the company for the ensuing year with authorization of the directors to fix its remuneration and reapproval of the company's stock option plan.

A total of 30,398,000 shares, representing 72.20 per cent of the outstanding shares, were represented in person or by proxy at the meeting.
