MILLENMIN VENTURES INC. ANNOUNCES DIRECTOR RESIGNATIONS

Zhen Zhang Sullivan and Jenny So Ching Fung have resigned as directors of MillenMin Ventures Inc., effective May 5, 2023. MillenMin thanks both Ms. Sullivan and Ms. Fung for their contributions to MillenMin. The current board of directors of MillenMin consists of Ching Fu Cheng, Kin Wai Siu, Shunyi Yao and Su-Jen Kuo. Mr. Fu Cheng remains the chief financial officer and acting chief executive officer. MillenMin is in the process of searching for qualified individuals to fill the two board vacancies.
