The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing the documentation with respect to a brokered private placement announced on June 16, 2017.

Number of shares:  5.25 million flow-through common shares

Purchase price:  $1.13 per flow-through common share

Number of subscribers:  32 subscribers

Agents' fees:  Red Cloud Klondike Strike and Sprott Capital Partners collectively received an aggregate of $355,950 in cash.

The company has confirmed the closing of the private placement by way of a press release dated June 30, 2017.
