MARTELLO TO ANNOUNCE FINANCIAL RESULTS FOR THE SECOND QUARTER OF FISCAL 2024

Martello Technologies Group Inc. will release its financial results for the second quarter of the 2024 fiscal year after financial markets close on Tuesday, Nov. 21, 2023. The results will include the three and six months ended Sept. 30, 2023.

Martello does not anticipate hosting conference calls to discuss quarterly financial results until further notice.
