Mammoth Resources Corp.

Toronto, Canada, August 27, 2026 - TheNewswire - Mammoth Resources Corp. (TSX-V: MTH) (the “Company” or “Mammoth”) is pleased to announce that it has begun field activities at its 100% owned Tenoriba gold-silver project, Chihuahua State, Mexico.

Company geologists and a consulting metallurgist are on site with the intention of: (1) reviewing drill core from its 55 prior diamond drill holes distributed over an approximately 4 kilometre (km) strike length in three primary gold, silver and occasionally copper mineralized areas where a combination of thousands of soil, surface chip and channel samples occurs with the diamond drilling in a high sulfidation geological system, (2) assess the state of access roads from camp and Mammoth’s core storage area to the three primary mineralized areas, including the large 1.5 km by 500 metre (m) Carneritos area, together with the Masuparia and the Moreno areas, (3) assess drill pad access and locations for its permitted Phase 1, 60 hole maiden mineral resource, diamond drill program (refer to press release dated April 16, 2026) and (4) to collect up to a 200 kilogram (kg) sample from the previously announced (press release dated February 26, 2926) potential draw point areas within the large Carneritos area at Tenoriba for advanced production size, coarser fraction vat and column and leach tests as an advanced step to designing initial, small-scale, gold-silver leaching of oxidized gold-silver mineralized material.

Thomas Atkins, President and CEO of Mammoth Resources, commented on Mammoth's return to the field, stating : "We're excited to be on the ground at Tenoriba working to advance steps towards drilling what we believe could be a substantial maiden mineral resource at Tenoriba while at the same time also assessing a significantly advanced step to understanding gold-silver recoveries via a columns simulating material coarseness and leach pad dynamics in a production-like leaching scenario.

The Company looks forward to providing additional updates as this work is completed and we consider next steps towards maiden resource definition drilling and initial pilot-scale production at Tenoriba.
