MINCO SILVER ANNOUNCES RESULTS OF 2026 ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING OF SHAREHOLDERS

Minco Silver Corp. has released the voting results of its 2026 annual general meeting of shareholders held on June 18 in Vancouver, B.C.

All matters outlined in the company's management information circular dated May 22, 2026, were approved by shareholders. The number of directors was set at four, and all director nominees were duly elected as directors of the company until the next annual meeting of shareholders or until their successors are elected or appointed. The detailed voting results for the election of directors are as follows.
