Minaean SP Construction Announces Private Placement

Vancouver, BC, Canada - Thursday, May 1, 2025 - Minaean SP Construction Corp. (TSX Venture Exchange: MSP; Berlin and Frankfurt Stock Exchanges: NJA) ("Minaean" or the "Company") ) announces a private placement of up to 60,000,000 common shares of the Company at a price of $0.01 per common share for gross proceeds of up to $600,000 (the "Private Placement"). It is anticipated that 25% of the proceeds will be used as general working capital and 75% will be used for business purposes and exploring new opportunities. There will be no finders fee payable in connection with the Private Placement. No proceeds of the Private Placement are proposed to be paid to any non-arm's length parties or for investor relations activities.

The Private Placement is subject to TSX Venture Exchange approval and all securities issued will be subject to a four-month hold period.
