METALSOURCE MINING ENGAGES INVESTING NEWS NETWORK

Metalsource Mining Inc. has engaged the services of Dig Media Inc., doing business as Investing News Network, pursuant to an agreement dated and starting on April 1, 2026, and, for the 12-month term of the agreement, INN will provide advertising to increase awareness of the company.

Under the terms of the agreement, INN will receive a one-time payment of $51,000, payable in advance. The agreement is for an initial term of one year. There is no performance factors contained in the agreement, and INN will not receive shares or options as compensation. INN and the company are unrelated and unaffiliated entities.

INN is an arm's-length private company headquartered in Vancouver, Canada, dedicated to providing independent news and education to investors since 2007.
