Kevin Pennington becomes ninth Board member
TORONTO, March 3, 2015 /CNW/ - Morneau Shepell Inc. (TSX: MSI) is pleased to announce that Kevin Pennington has been appointed to the Company's Board of Directors, effective immediately. Mr. Pennington is the Chief Human Resources Officer of Fiserv, Inc., a leading global technology provider serving the financial services industry; driving innovation in payments, processing services, risk and compliance, customer and channel management, and business insights and optimization. He is located in Atlanta, Georgia.
Mr. Pennington has held senior executive and human resources positions in both Canada and the United States during his more than 30-year career, including roles in the Canadian telecom industry and a number of U.S. based technology and telecommunications firms.

Mr. Pennington holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Behavioral Science/Management, as well as a Master of Science degree in Counseling, both from Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania.
