MIRASOL RESOURCES EXTENDS CLOSING DATE OF OFFERING

On Oct. 2, 2025, Mirasol Resources Ltd. announced that it had arranged a non-brokered private placement financing of up to 6,666,667 units at a price of 45 cents per unit for aggregate gross proceeds of $3.0-million. The deadline for completion of the offering has been extended to Dec. 16, 2025. In all other respects, the terms of the offering will be as announced on Oct. 2, 2025.

Completion of the offering is subject to acceptance by the TSX Venture Exchange.
