MORGUARD REAL ESTATE INVESTMENT TRUST DECLARES APRIL 2024 DISTRIBUTION OF 2 CENTS PER UNIT

Morguard Real Estate Investment Trust has declared a distribution of two cents per unit for the month of April, 2024. The distribution will be payable on May 15, 2024, to unitholders of record as at April 30, 2024.
