MORGUARD REAL ESTATE INVESTMENT TRUST DECLARES FEBRUARY 2024 DISTRIBUTION OF 2 CENTS PER UNIT

Morguard Real Estate Investment Trust has declared a distribution of two cents per unit for the month of February, 2024. The distribution will be payable on March 15, 2024, to unitholders of record as at Feb. 29, 2024.
