MORGUARD REAL ESTATE INVESTMENT TRUST DECLARES APRIL 2021 DISTRIBUTION OF 2 CENTS PER UNIT

Morguard Real Estate Investment Trust has declared a distribution of two cents per unit for the month of April, 2021. The distribution will be payable on May 14, 2021, to unitholders of record as at April 30, 2021.
