MACLAREN MINERALS ANNOUNCES NAME CHANGE

Maclaren Minerals Ltd. will change its name to Sankamap Metals Inc., effective after market close on March 10, 2025. The change of name has been accepted by the Canadian Securities Exchange (CSE) and approved by resolution of the company's board of directors.

The company's shares will commence trading on the CSE under the new name at the opening of trading on March 11, 2025, under the trading symbol SCU. Further to company's recent acquisition of Sankamap Exploration Inc., the company has commissioned the preparation of a technical report in respect of Sankamap's properties located in the Solomon Islands, and such report is expected to be completed on or about June 30, 2025.
