MORGUARD NORTH AMERICAN RESIDENTIAL REIT DECLARES JANUARY 2024

Morguard North American Residential REIT has declared a distribution of 6.167 cents per unit for the month of January, 2024. The distribution will be payable on Feb. 15, 2024, to unitholders of record as at Jan. 31, 2024.
