MORGUARD NORTH AMERICAN RESIDENTIAL REIT DECLARES DECEMBER 2023 DISTRIBUTION OF $0.06167 PER UNIT

Morguard North American Residential REIT has declared a distribution of 6.167 cents per unit for the month of December, 2023. The distribution will be payable on Jan. 15, 2024, to unitholders of record as at Dec. 29, 2023.
