MORGUARD NORTH AMERICAN RESIDENTIAL REIT DECLARES NOVEMBER 2023 DISTRIBUTION OF $0.06167 PER UNIT

Morguard North American Residential REIT has declared a distribution of 6.167 cents per unit for the month of November, 2023. The distribution will be payable on Dec. 15, 2023, to unitholders of record as at Nov. 30, 2023.
