MORGUARD NORTH AMERICAN RESIDENTIAL REIT DECLARES SEPTEMBER 2023 DISTRIBUTION OF $0.06 PER UNIT

Morguard North American Residential REIT has declared a distribution of six cents per unit for the month of September, 2023. The distribution will be payable on Oct. 16, 2023, to unitholders of record as at Sept. 29, 2023.
