MORGUARD NORTH AMERICAN RESIDENTIAL REIT DECLARES JUNE 2023 DISTRIBUTION OF $0.06 PER UNIT

Morguard North American Residential REIT has declared a distribution of six cents per unit for the month of June, 2023. The distribution will be payable on July 14, 2023, to unitholders of record as at June 30, 2023.
