MORGUARD NORTH AMERICAN RESIDENTIAL REIT DECLARES MAY 2023 DISTRIBUTION OF $0.06 PER UNIT

Morguard North American Residential REIT has declared a distribution of six cents per unit for the month of May, 2023. The distribution will be payable on June 15, 2023, to unitholders of record as at May 31, 2023.
