MELCOR REIT ANNOUNCES JANUARY DISTRIBUTION OF $0.04 PER UNIT

Melcor Real Estate Investment Trust has declared a cash distribution of four cents per unit for the month of January, 2024, unchanged from previous months.

The January distribution will be payable as shown in the attached table.
