MELCOR REIT ANNOUNCES DECEMBER DISTRIBUTION OF $0.04 PER UNIT

Melcor Real Estate Investment Trust's trustees have declared cash distribution of four cents per unit for the month of December, 2023, unchanged from previous months.

The December distribution will be payable as shown in the attached table.
