MELCOR REIT ANNOUNCES NOVEMBER DISTRIBUTION OF $0.04 PER UNIT

Melcor Real Estate Investment Trust today declared the trustees of the REIT have declared cash distribution of four cents per unit for the month of November, 2023, unchanged from previous months.

The November distribution will be payable as shown in the attached table.
