MELCOR REIT ANNOUNCES SEPTEMBER DISTRIBUTION OF $0.04 PER UNIT

Melcor Real Estate Investment Trust's trustees have declared cash distribution of four cents per unit for the month of September, 2023, unchanged from previous months.

The September distribution will be payable as shown in the attached table.

Melcor REIT results for the third quarter and period ended Sept. 30, 2023, are scheduled to be released on Nov. 2, 2023. Management will host a conference call at 11 a.m. ET (9 a.m. MT) on Nov. 3, 2023.
