MELCOR REIT ANNOUNCES JULY 2023 DISTRIBUTION OF $0.04 PER UNIT

Melcor Real Estate Investment Trust trustees have declared cash distribution of four cents per unit for the month of July, 2023, unchanged from previous months.

The July distribution will be payable as follows.

Melcor REIT results for the second quarter and period ended June 30, 2023, are scheduled to be released on July 27, 2023. Management will host a conference call at 11 a.m. ET (9 a.m. MT) on July 28, 2023.
