The TSX-V has received confirmation that the closing has occurred. Therefore, the common shares of the company, which were listed at the close of business on Oct. 17, 2025, commenced trading at the opening of business on Monday, Oct. 20, 2025.

The company completed its public offering of securities on Oct. 20, 2025. The gross proceeds received by the company for the offering are $1.7-million (17 million common shares at 10 cents per share).
