MEDICURE ANNOUNCES RESIGNATION OF PRESIDENT AND CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER

Dr. Neil Owens has resigned as Medicure Inc.'s president and chief operating officer, effective on or before May 31, 2026.

Dr. Albert D. Friesen, chief executive officer and chair of the board of directors, stated, "On behalf of our board and everyone at Medicure, we thank Neil for his many contributions to our company, and we wish him well in his future endeavours."

Dr. Friesen will assume the responsibilities of president to ensure continuity of leadership and operations. The company remains focused on executing its current strategic priorities moving forward.
