Further to its bulletin dated Dec. 31, 2025, the Toronto Stock Exchange is reminding holders of Dream Impact Trust's 5.50 per cent convertible unsecured subordinated debentures (symbol MPCT.DB) of the increase in the interest rate from 5.50 per cent per year to 6.50 per cent per year, effective from and including Feb. 2, 2026. As a result, the debentures will be posted for trading at the open on Feb. 2, 2026, as 6.50 per cent convertible unsecured subordinated debentures. There will be no change to the Cusip number or trading symbol. Trades on Jan. 30, 2026, will settle on the same day.
