MADISON PACIFIC PROPERTIES INC. (TSX: MPC AND MPC.C) ANNOUNCES RESULTS OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

Madison Pacific Properties Inc. has released the voting results of the annual general meeting of its shareholders, held Feb. 20, 2025, in Vancouver, B.C.

All five nominees were re-elected as directors of the company, as detailed in an attached table.

Shareholders approved, for a further period of three years, all unallocated stock options issuable pursuant to the company's stock option plan, as detailed in another table.

In addition, PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP was reappointed as the auditor for the company.
