BETTERMOO(D) PROVIDES CLARIFICATION OF SPECIAL INVESTOR CONFERENCE CALL

At the request of the Canadian Investment Regulatory Organization (CIRO), Bettermoo(d) Food Corp. has clarified that postponement of the special investor conference call, as announced in its news release of March 13, 2024, is unrelated to its investigation of potential opportunities for a strategic investment or takeover of the company.

While the company is investigating potential opportunities for a strategic investment or takeover, completion of any transaction would be subject to appropriate due diligence, negotiation of customary documentation and receipt of any required regulatory approvals. There can be no certainty that a transaction will be consummated in a timely fashion, or at all, and the company will provide further updates in the event any material information is available.
