MOON RIVER CAPITAL LTD. ANNOUNCES THAT IT HAS RETAINED TB INVESTOR RELATIONS TO PROVIDE COMMUNICATIONS SERVICES

Moon River Capital Ltd. has engaged TB Investor Relations as of March 8, 2024, to enhance communication and engagement with its shareholders and the investment community.

TBIR will assist the company with its communications and marketing initiatives, including press releases, conferences and social media management, among others. Tania Barreto, sole proprietor of TBIR, has 20 years of capital market experience in the mining sector working in investor relations roles for exploration, development and producing mining companies.

In consideration for TBIR's services, the company will pay TBIR a monthly fee of $4,000 plus HST payable from the company's general working capital, which is subject to adjustment following June 8, 2024, based on the evolving needs of the company. TBIR's services are expected to commence on Monday, March 11, 2024. TBIR is an arm's-length party, and does not have any direct or indirect interest in the company or its securities.

The agreement between the company and TBIR will expire on Sept. 7, 2024, and may be renewed by mutual agreement of the parties. The agreement may be terminated by either party with one month's notice. This engagement is subject to TSX Venture Exchange approval.
