MONTFORT CAPITAL COMPLETES ITS OBLIGATIONS UNDER LANGHAUS FINANCIAL PURCHASE AGREEMENT

Montfort Capital Corp.'s subsidiary, Langhaus Financial Partners Inc., has achieved certain financial targets, including assets under management (AUM) growth, which resulted in the release of contingent payments set out in the previously announced share purchase agreement. Langhaus has experienced significant growth since its acquisition by Montfort, announced in October, 2022, which was punctuated by a record month of new loan originations in December, 2023.
