MOJAVE ANNOUNCES BOARD CHANGES

Mojave Brands Inc. has appointed Robert Dubeau as a director and chief executive officer of the company and Chris Cooper as chief financial officer of the company. In addition, Mervyn Pinto has resigned from the board of Mojave and as chief executive officer and chief financial officer, effective immediately. The company would like to thank Mr. Pinto for his time serving as a director, chief executive officer and chief financial officer.
