Mojave Brands Inc. has appointed Shannon Anderson and Chris Cooper as directors of the company.

In addition, Campbell Birge and Peeyush Varshney have resigned from the board of Mojave, effective immediately. The company would like to thank Mr. Birge and Mr. Varshney for their time serving as directors.
