MOJAVE BRANDS INC. ANNOUNCES WARRANT EXTENSION

Mojave Brands Inc. has extended the expiry date of 5.75 million common share purchase warrants for the purchase of up to 5.75 million common shares in the capital of the company. The expiry date of the warrants will be extended from July 12, 2023, to July 12, 2025. These warrants were originally issued on July 12, 2021, as part of a non-brokered private placement of units of the company at a price of 12 cents per unit. No warrants have been exercised and insiders of the company hold a combined aggregate of 17 per cent of the warrants.

Amendment of the expiry date of the warrants is subject to the approval of the Canadian Securities Exchange (the CSE).
