MANITEX CAPITAL REPORTS ANNUAL FINANCIAL RESULTS

Manitex Capital Inc. has released its financial results for the year ended Oct. 31, 2023.

Net income for the year was $256,986 (two cents per share) compared with a net loss of $7,263,895 (57.5 cents per share) for 2022.

Net book value per share (NBV) as at Oct. 31, 2023, was 73 cents compared with an NBV of 71 cents as at Oct. 31, 2022.
