MERIDIAN ANNOUNCES APPLICATION FOR ADMISSION OF SHARES

Meridian Mining PLC has made an application for the admission of 195,520 ordinary shares of 0.01 euro each in the company to be admitted to trading on the London Stock Exchange, in connection with the exercise of awards under the company's 2025 omnibus plan. Admission of the shares is expected on Aug. 26, 2026. The shares shall rank equally with the existing issued ordinary shares of the company.
