The Toronto Stock Exchange reports that Meridian Mining U.K. Societas will list an additional 57.5 million common shares at the open on April 9, 2024. According to the TSX, the listing will cover shares to be issued at 35 cents per share, pursuant to the terms of the prospectus supplement dated April 3, 2024, to the short form base shelf prospectus dated Feb. 24, 2023.
